I have found that submitted 2 offers to motivated sellers followed by justification behing the numbers has help get my point across.The offers are usually a huge contrast to each other, one being a wholesale offer .55 cent on the dollar and a seller finance offer .95 cents on the dollar. usually sway the seller pretty quickly.When I started, even now bulk cash was a neccessity so all my seller finance deals have been assigned.
