The biggest issue I hear out of town owners struggle with is reliable property management.  

Most deals are a struggle and happen after 6-12 months of continued contact.  

I am trying to think out side the box about how I could utilize the amazing houses as a retreat center of some sort, and am struggling to figure out how I could systematize the rental of this "retreat facility" such that it could actually cash flow reliably.The houses could easily make an wonderful B&B, but I have zero desire to run a B&B. 

My wife and I have had the privilege of working with couples with struggles and working through our own as well.

We had been struggling with this question for a while when both our Laywer and financial adviser and bankers told us to put each property in a separate LLC.
