if so, be prepared to wait another 6-Months for closing.If it appears, this is something that can be rectified in a short time (whatever a short time means to both parties), you might propose renting the house from Seller until the Liens can be satisfied.

To answer your original question, “actually getting started...is better than endlessly researching and analysis paralysis", the answer is "NO", and that is the answer to both parts of your question.It isn't a matter of one or the other, since neither is the way to go.You don't, "just get started", without being prepared, and you obviously don't research something to death, and never get started.

Offer to do the tedious or difficult work, a lot of the time people don't need general assistants, they would much rather have a highly specialized person who does the parts of the job that they don't want to do.
