@Stephanie ChoiGenerally speaking it's not advisable to hold appreciating assets (e.g. rental real estate) inside of any corporation, whether it be an S Corp or a C Corp.

@Frank Wong Thanks Frank, I’m going to put an offer in today, I was just speaking with my broker and he said the bank told him the other offer they have is a “solid” offer...We’ll see what happens, if they come back asking for best and final I’m thinking 205k will be my limit.

I think our price crash was less severe than other parts of the country and we recovered more gradually but also more smoothly.I can’t speak to Worcester or Lowell but compared to the rest of RI, property taxes in Providence are pretty high especially for investors as there is a lower tax rate for owner occupants vs investors.
