it did not happen.but I do wonder if the govmit can force private landlords to not evict knowing full well that most tenants can or would NEVER be able to pay the back rent they were allowed to skip.  .. whats stopping them from saying HEY section 8 we are going to put a 12 moratorium on payments so we can re capitalize and you landlords cannot evict a section 8 tenant ?????
