Hello to All, I have been a passive BiggerPockets user for the last several years.

Also there is nothing that legally that can be done to remove his name from the title.He says several investors have called him on it over the years and they brought it to the lender and were rejected as the lender wants top dollar/current market value for this abandoned property.  

The are several options with Owner financing that can be used. 

@Traci Cameron sounds like the house sustained severe damage from a fire inside and is currently not livable. probably selling as is and the house needs extensive work.

I've contacted several engineering firms to give me bids on plans.
