Steven, are you concerned that since GDP remains strong and inflation has come down gradually since the 9.1% print in June '22, and that largest voting block in America, seniors, is quite happy with getting interest on Treasuries for 1st time in a long time, that maybe the FED won't cut the overnight rate from current 5.25% level much or at all?

Lots of great responses from CA residents on this thread but is it fair to say that the outward migration on CA citizens is of overwhelmingly greater interest to folks who don’t live in CA and have nothing much to do with CA!

If someone is on VA disability or is a senior citizen on social security, and the cost of living keeps them from affording to rent without assistance, then they can get a voucher.

If you buy in a foreign land, you will be subject to their local laws, etc... some places to buy you must be a citizen, some dont offer financing to foreigners, etc... just be prepared and knowledgeable on what you are getting into.
