The way it is looking probably 30 days to get the trial date, another 30 days if tenant says I need a lawyer and need time and than another 30 days for sheriff to evict tenant.One thing I have learned through out this process is that county workers are incompetent, do not return call and are of no use.

Many of you probably know the „german“ way of doing things...The stereotype would be the punctuality and precision of the people and the public authorities.The reality is the following: a lot of barriers and long approval processes as well as legal restrictions when it comes to owning and handling capital.

They are the easiest to locate in the easiest to sell, and they have the largest market of possible buyers.
