There are professionals who have spent years picking up a lot of little things through formal training and learning by experience. 

Had i known about the leak when it started 3 days ago I might not have been picking up the ceiling off the floor.

This train picks up commuters from Trenton all the way down to Philly running along the Delaware river.

Before I drive into this aspect, I want to increase my funding by looking for a new job opportunity that will allow me to have another source of income as well as pick up some more relatable knowledge and experience in this field of RE.

The safer bet would be to pick a more stable location in the Midwest, but everyone's goals, risk tolerance, etc is different.

We self-manage and use the same listing services you mentioned, we're trying cozy.com this time too (It syndicates to rental.com and move.com I believe).Hopefully it picks up in the next week or two or we may try a rent reduction.

I'm not saying you can't do both, but I would pick one to focus on and start with.
