For legal purposes, I would recommend opening an LLC through your secretary of state and purchasing the property through the LLC.

That's why single parents getting child support often can't "count" that child support, for mortgage purposes, after the kid's 15th birthday.... 

Your sole purpose should be to find a deal.

You could also try partnering with a private lender/investor that's willing to sponsor the deal - but be mindful that investors are already wary of buying co-ops as the main purpose of co-ops is to discourage landlords/investing and instead allow homeownership to regular folks. 

Even when you think you are over your head, just remember your purpose.

I would do this for the sole purpose of not wanting to screw up peoples travel plans.Once all the bookings are done, I would delete the listing entirely.
