Everyone who lives on the road is responsible for the maintenance of the road and they are also responsible for granting access to all the fellow owners and emergency vehicles that require access on the road.

Since 1998, there has been a 44% drop in Fortune 500 companies offering pensions; instead pushing their employees to manage their retirement themselves through a 401K or other management investment vehicle [Source: Towers Waters]I was in that situation.

I'm already thinking that the vehicle creates an issue, since it's technically not part of the house...willing to convert garage to living space in that case! 

My accountant mentioned to have the business "rent" my work vehicle from me, and to make sure I am tracking all expenses.

I've had friends, family, clients follow a variety of paths, flipping, taking proceeds from that to buy rentals, then from there to private lending which is your completely hands-free vehicle.  

So far, they are allowing the tenants to: Park a crashed vehicle on the driveway for an undetermined amount of timeAllowed the tenants to add their own washer and dryer in the basement for their use (1 washer and dryer per apartment).
