While you can maybe "get away" with trying to do it yourself most sites only charge around $35 a pop.

I would recommend going to YouTube and type in "Using listsource to find sellers" and you should see a ton of videos pop up.

It would be much easier for these people to just be able to type them into a search bar and have the definition pop up with some related links.

There are some deals that pop up from time to time, but typically get bought very quickly as there are a lot of investors.
