Are the woods part of the appeal for the existing home - like, it has a big picture window so the residents can gaze out over the trees in the morning? 

I am still not sure what's the best approach to appeal - The home warranty company used another company (local HVAC firm) to take care of the AC-related claims.

Funny enough, my current rental is based outside of EU and it works great.I was interested in investing in the US at some point, your deals look much more appealing than here in Europe.

When you select your property you should pick it more based on its appeal as a destination rather than your personal opinion. 

He was able to appeal my taxes down 5k/yr on my 6 unit. 

@Arron Paulino The ultimate risk, though very unlikely, is that some owner/interested party was never Properly notified of the tax sale and if they make a successful appeal/challenge to the tax sale, they simply have to pay the original taxes owed plus some interest and fees to redeem the property and the Current owner, whoever that may be, is out anything above that amount that they paid for the property. 

Once I have more time to contribute, flipping sounds appealing. 

Ended up putting up 587 feet of fence to appeal to pet owners.
