Just as you would for a regular tenant, it is necessary to screen section 8 tenants (even more so in my opinion).You are ultimately responsible for your business and as such, you should take the necessary precautions and steps to reduce potentially problematic tenants.

Although I wouldn't have a clue about the local laws of Illinois, in my opinion, first of all, a "mechanic's lien" typically is filed by a vendor... for example, a garage mechanic files for an unpaid auto repair bill, or a lumberyard files for supplies delivered to a site but not paid for.

Here is a sample of docs you will need to get assembled before you start dealing with the lender: 1. hardship letter 2. financial work sheet 3. bank statements 4. pay stubs 5. two years taxes 6. authorize to release information 7. sales contract 8. broker price opinion that's just to get started.
