What I do, is have my virtual assistants trained to build my VD4D lists, so that even when I'm sleeping, they are using Batch, Deal Machine or even just Google Earth and a spreadsheet to build lists of houses that look a bit neglected. 

Now I'm training my sister.

He is a past BP Podcast guest and has training and a national network of syndicators of all types.

There's a lot to renting and having a manager to assist will kind of be like having the training wheels.

That was my train of thought... and as I said, the local real estate group I spoke to (which is the best in my city and highly professional) were the one's that said the "three D's" are the best target market for proactive wholesaling.  

Nothing about what might motivate me to sell (not that I'd engage in that kind of nonsense anyway) or asking how I'm getting on with the weather.I mean, I guess it's better than wasting my time, but since Bob here has already interrupted my work and train of thought, can I get just a little schmooze? 

What ever you do, don't get sucked into spending thousands of dollars on real estate investing "training".  

I'm a junior in high school who plans on going to college(I have a shot at a substancial scholarship), and am interested in real estate and investment.

But there is a 3rd option, which is to train someone and have that person manage your rentals.
