Seriously, I'm extremely curious what those of who don't do any of the work in your own places do in this situation and under this time pressure.

Needed to replace PRV because water pressure was too high.

It is more about taking pressure off the family members who will end up with the property.

When I was starting out in what asset class to invest in we found most of these courses are high level information that can be found free on BP or youtube, with high pressure sales where they will provide you a "coach" and some fancy software for the price of getting a graduate degree.  

A good way to deal with it if you are planning on removing it is to pressure wash it off.

It takes the pressure off of needing to use the place X times per year. also, it forced us to operate it as a business.

Otherwise, I believe you are better off with a ceiling mount light or better, recessed lighting.
