You should choose your own mentor. 

With the right mentor, investors, and sponsor this can be achieved.

Hey everyone,I have been interested in real estate and have been learning about it since about my junior year in High School, but decided to go for an engineering degree in college.  

I challenged a friend & mentor to a flip competition.

Also the cost of direct mail and other marketing must also be considered.Best thing to do is find a local mentor and save up some money.  

I've been spending 10 hrs a day studying the market, meeting with agents, and my mentor is the top producer in Geneseo and the QC.

This one has really made us look into our core operations and tighten up a ton of loose ends.I was told by one of mentors that its times like these when true champions are born :)When the going gets tough the tough get going and that's what we have done.Thanks again and have a great day.
