How comfortable are you being a landlord and interacting with tenants daily/weekly?

We keep records of all customer interactions (phone calls, emails, etc.)

I want the cleanest (and shortest) interaction with the buyers I can possibly have.Good luck!

I did not invest yet.... but had a similar breakdown in communication in my initial interactions with this group...

When you acquire your property, create some type of way to interact with your neighbors immediately (dinner, drinks, bake them a cake, any social activity).

. - and what is more important to you.There is another aspect to consider to set up as a different property management entity (LLC) from the holding entity - asset protection - you separate  public facing affairs and all the interactions with tenants, contractors, etc. through this operations LLC and act as property manager, not owner.

but if would be nice if you would retool how you interact with folks on this site and if you have some unique experiences that you could help people, I am sure that would be appreciated..

I like the face to face interaction.  

I am energized by interaction and enjoy the idea of working with various groups to put deals together.
