I want my children to have every opportunity in life, but I don’t see how generational wealth benefits them.

Would you contact social services if you feared drug use/violence around children?

Worth, not River Oaks, and I think that can keep prices down for both sales and rentals.Just seems ripe for gentrification or good solid rentals....but I think you have to have good resources in the area or some way to draw people in...Drive down Inspiration Lane for example. 

Sometimes you have to lock off certain areas of the house if the tenant has young children and there are usually two scheduled inspections per year plus one random plus any reinspections if and when they do find some required repairs you have to do.

I'm in the process of getting my first deal and it's been rough, so this is definitely an inspiration.
