July of 2017 I purchased my first home using the VA home loan benefit for $218,000.4 bedroom/2 bath. 

It has just came to that time where we need to part ways to mutually benefit all involved.Please let us know when you have found a company as we have not heard a response back from you since our last follow up.

Split tax benefits? 

One benefit of SEC 8 is that more of them move in winter months than non-SEC 8 tenants, but still fewer people even in SEC 8 move over the holidays.

In addition, I have sifted through the city's website and cannot find anything that said a wood privacy fence cannot be erected in a flood zone (giving him the benefit of the doubt here).My question is if they come back and say that it must be taken down what should I do?

I think my primary benefit would be to try and gain access to mls opportunities as an investor.
