I also don't think it's a horrible idea to choose a different path depending on your circumstances at the time.

They give you data that is completely pointless and useless.That rules does not take into account how horrible that neighborhood is, and if there is even a desire to be there.OK so you do the numbers and it works out... so now you check the rules for poopsNgiggles right?

If so, yes it's a great time to sell but a horrible time to buy if you are planning on reinvesting that money in close proximity to West Hollywood.These are my thoughts. 

About 2 years ago I drove by this horribly ugly blue house that I could barely see from the road.

In both cases, they were bank ordered.These lenders were so far behind on their foreclosures, they had no idea that the properties were sold at a tax auction-I bought them.In one case, the contractor was horrible and the bank reimbursed me for damages.

It was horrible one of those times, but that was not related to them having come out of state.

The ceiling has multiple cracks with horrible patch work.

The property is not in horrible shape but needs a considerable amount of work.
