At the end of the day your looking for the answer that you already decided on you just need validation.

Failing at high risk and high potential reward is fine and part of the game.  

It's neither quick nor easy, but it is life-changing and thus worth it.Flipping and wholesaling is NOT investing, it's a job and it is transactional and the profits (if any) are highly taxable income.

The rentals are paying the holding costs on it so far (taxes and insurance are high in this market).

So the overall average is significantly high.

Once you are inside with a lease you have even more leverage because you don't have to pay to file a lawsuit and they can't get you out until your lease ends unless you agree. 

Many will tell you they can, but despite warning them over and over in the end, won't be able to do it.Fortunately I have a great lender that I've worked with for about 20 years that handles many of my international clients.

I felt these rates were highly competitive for a DSCR loan and have been happy with the quick responses from my representative/loan specialist.

However, the high-interest rates are significantly affecting my operational costs.
