I don't scrub trustees from the list - but I always scan for duplicate names and remove them (that way I don't send someone the same letter twice in a row)One advice: make sure it's titles correctly, you don't want your letter/postcard to say 'Dear Trust'

With Chase, you can no longer make a cash deposit unless it is to your own bank account so that inconveniences my tenants that pay rent in cash via direct depositI signed up for Chase QuickPay to try out the free serviceIt seems easy enough as all I needed to do was give my tenant an email address and but I am waiting for funds from the first transactionThe tenant (who does not bank with chase) scheduled a payment for the 5th of March and I got an email notification of the payment which I then accepted.The tenant tells me that the funds have been removed from their account today on the 6thI will post another update when I see the funds in my account cuz it's not there yetPS The official chase timeframe verbiage is "The transfer of money will be completed four to five business days after you accept the payment, subject to the processing times of the financial institution from which the sender is sending the money."

So now the plywood will be removed, treated and allowed to completely dry out and replace a couple of feet closest to the w/d connections .I will create a document with pictures and copies of all receipts (labor and materials).I will be glad when this mess is over.

We recently updated the title on a house my family owns (removed dead trustee from title, etc) and then yesterday received a letter including a signed purchase offer from a broker.The offer was all cash, 5 day inspection, 21 day close and required that we pay a 3.5% commission to the broker who sent it to us.
