I find myself looking for a better way to manage my leads, tracking not only the source but what my last step was if it be mailer 1, mailer 2 or even calls.   

BP has been a source of information, occasional frustration, distraction and humor.

That is because my LLC is my source of income for both myself and my wife. 

I’ll need to look at other sources. 

Given you have a primary source of income, and assuming that your first efforts at lead gen are going to take a decent amount of time to develop/perfect, my opinion is that it would make sense to at least knock out one or two of the 30-hour post licensing courses. 

-Find an under-valued property - your Realtor, wholesalers and investors will be your best sources.- Set up keyword alerts so that you can receive notifications on topics and areas of interest!

The main source of capital for Private Lending firms were Private Investors looking for a secured return against real estate, or Companies that had their own capital to lend out.

I find evicting someone that can not pay rent due to the Wuhan virus (I prefer to call it by its source over how it looks) to be immoral.We screen very well. 

Whether you find a good source to use for your own deals, or you are getting paid by investors to bring the money to their deals.
