Not saying the rehab made them divorce, but the constant stress of noise, dust, chaos, filth, and everything else will make everyone edgy, and the worst parts of your nature are bound to come out. 

On to the next one...KEEP GRINDING!!

Other issue is noise, lots of noise.  

I'm trying to get Bijay to attend but he's on the grind as well.

Find good authors/educators in the formula you want to master and then take a deep dive and shut out the noise of podcasts.Rich Dad Poor Dad.

I gave him a couple day warning (and a month potential warning before I had scheduled it), but the noise is maddening and it can only be worse for him.After a big inconvenience like that, do you guys do anything like a rent discount or am I just overthinking this?

If you commit to the real estate path, be ready for the grind. 

So you can and should hope and grind and work and network, etc. 

So one way to look at it is this a 4 plex usually all 1 brs are going to have a tenant that want a more home like setting,, they are tired of or don't want to walk long hallways, have probably a set parking spot,have more windows, less people to deal with, and not as much noise,... that's also a selling point for you on your 4 plex.
