I could argue that I answer lots of questions with in-depth responses, have done a podcast, a book launch interview, flew to Denver paying my own transportation and hotel expenses and spoke for 3 hours at the conference (not to mention the time involved in preparation), and have almost 2,000 posts with just as many votes, and answer several emails a week from other members - all at my expense.

Then there is the number of deals claimed as the basis for experience, that mirrors the years in the business.I'd say the best way to judge a coach or mentor is by thier actions and the way they conduct business, here on BP we can see thier attitudes and how they may display actual knowledge or if they simply hammer away on systems and programs with little in depth information being given.

hey kenneth..if i were you i would use a broker to handle your paperwork...there are a few on here...i personally have worked with joel soforenko and he stays on top of stuff..you could message him on here...as far as i have ever heard, the borrower pays for the brokers fee, so it's no extra cost to you...i've never been the lender though..only the borrower..i'm sure there are private lenders like yourself on here who could explain their side of the deal more in depth...best of luck

For example, my partner and i made an offer lower than the one they had before, but through an in-depth email explaining and breaking everything down to the seller, we were able to seal the deal, beacuse we were completly transparent and honest.
