You might also consider a full size van though, as they often times have the same amount of storage but you can close up your tools more easily for the night.

What you care about is if they can afford the house (we usually look to see their monthly income exceeds 3x what the monthly price is) & if they have a down payment.We use @Paul Ritter and do a full tenant screening for all of our buyers prior to accepting them.Hope that helps,Chris Pre

This would be flip, with an ARV of 225k ...... estimated rehab 50k, missing out on +50k profit ..... so its a good winner, want to fight this out.Any advice, stories of this happening?
