I really think the easiest way to fix it, is have the country declare Bankruptcy and start fresh.

I have newly renovated 1920's home that has freshly sealed hardwood floors.

If there are already shrubs and trees we always cut them way back to allow a good view of the house and then come in with fresh mulch.

That way it would appear to be a “fresh” listing.

Remove the window awnings, anything that can be painted, put a fresh coat of paint on.

I'm glad to hear that it sounds like you are actually offering an accrual-based 100% financing with no payments... that's exactly what we do also... however... correct me if I'm wrong Jay... but I doubt you offer 100% financing to investors with no cash reserves, no credit, bad credit, past foreclosures, past bankruptcy, and/or zero experience in the industry.If an 18-year-old freshly-graduated-from-high-school woman with zero credit and no experience came knocking on your door for a loan?...
