Could charge the business rent for the space for the event and proceeds and brings everyone together.

New flooring and carpets.  

. 😊 We are getting this house for a terrific price, 140k. it needs about 50k to fix foundaruon(worst part of the house ) and other  Things  like paint , floors, kitchen.

Looks like a radiant heat set up, in floor heating most likely.

We may not have enough to just add stair but need to open the wall to make space. and any good contractor you would recommend ?

Just want to get a feel for people’s thought processes and what to expect for this area.I’ll also be looking for a contractor to do a few other upgrades (new counters, kitchen island install, possibly crown molding, possibly new floors) shortly after the bathroom install.Best,Rhett 

Proabably not cool to come into someone’s house and poop on their floor...

On the other hand, they are growing fast, and I'd love to provide a place for them with an actual yard and space to play. 

My only concern is that the floor throughout the 1st home is very soft and uneven.
