Don't over do it, just fix it and make it look good and livable.

I want to know if this a good area to do a fix and flip?  

Take another loan to fix up the place and keep it or let it go?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this fixed?

It is a good thing that you are still employed, I think.If your are stressing the importance of long term investing  I would probably recommend the same thing because of the current economy would mostly make a Fix and Flip or a Quick Flip scenario and not get a loan to do any repairs if you feel like you would still make a profit. 

If you have an LLC, hard to get the 30 year fixed mortgage.

A fixed rate added to rent every month?

we have a property under renovation in Delaware County in Pennsylvania.we hired a general contractor to fix home with contracted duration of 90 days to finish the project.

They said everything was ok except a valve needed replacement (concession made).July: Waiting for plumber report since lender required documentation.Late July: Now PM/ seller is saying they found a 'large water leak' and will be fixing it.At this point, I am feeling less confident that the home will be in decent condition.

I want to do it, but I don't know if I have the time since I have a duplex I will be fixing up soon.
