As for pricing, we have seen the same units in the same buildings decrease in rental price by $100 (in CC) but we have also seen a stabilization of pricing over the last 3 months.

Looking for input in this 4 unit building that I’m looking to buy in east Garfield Park, are there here anyone with properties in this location.

I understand that rent price is a huge factor, but there is only so much room you can lower it before all you attract is the wrong crowd. 

Consider factors like flight convenience, property management options, and your comfort level with the local market conditions.

Two major factors: the fact that it's so small and the associated loan amount. 

If you do not apply by today and you are going to use your home/cabin as an overnight rental, you will be required to bring it up to current building codes.

I have been looking around, and found very interesting proposals for the new buildings, which should be finished only in 1-2 years.

You can use it to build a nice-looking store for your add-ons and it nicely integrates with most property management software, so that you can automate sending the store link to your guests

Seems really silly for the city to enforce as if I’m not still under the same roof. 4+ unit buildings don’t have this same requirement. 

Attached onto the building is also a 3 bay car wash.
