You can obtain the owner's name and mailing address from doing an online search at the Property Appraiser's Office; if it's in the name of an LLC,  you can google that name and often times find the corporate listing.

This means your name does not appear on public record for that property, your attorney and their address is the only thing that appears.

I'll try attaching the updated .pdf report to this reply (fingers crossed), and include a screenshot/.png just in case the .pdf doesn't make it:I've also plugged the property address into rentometer.com, although I didn't see a way to specify a triplex vs a SFH, but it looks like the average rent in the property area is $1,366.00.

There was a lot I thought we could get done on a shorter timeline, but once I realized that there were bigger more pressing issues that needed to be addressed before we could fix the things I thought needed to be fixed, I realized that would eat up my budget, and kill my time line.

Tenants can make some seriously weird assumptions about how much of a monster their landlord is.On the other hand, a fruit basket and a bunch of local maps and web addresses for local services, yeah, that does sound nice.

I don't go out to a property unless I have a high probability of getting an agreement.I just need to know "who" (ALL people on title), "what" (sell their house), "when" (critical information only they can tell me), "where" (the address) and "why" (motivation).
