I'm brand new to real estate, because I was always told how difficult it is to buy a house, let alone invest in a property, but now I have learned that is all simply not true (I do know it is not easy, per se, but it is attainable with some hard work and diligence!)

@David Krulac  not to side track but I think that's what I do best on BP.... most of the railroad easements in our area were owned by logging companies.. and they are recorded rights of way.but your right railroads are about as tough as they come to negotiate with.we have a 160 lot subdivision going and there is a railroad between us and the main road.. you would think easy we just cross it etc..

Super easy... build relationships with trusted and reputable companies in the industry.But let m ask you something ?

I do not however I DO use Easy Self Storage which runs me only $39/mo and it’s built specifically for SS.

Its not easy to find deals in this marketplace but its not impossible.

We are using this easy, low maintenance AirBnb to pay our mortgage and then some.

I understand getting a license is not easy and includes some hard work and barriers.

It definitely isn't easy, but sometimes the best mentor is the hardest client/owner/employer to work with.  

I don't see any reason you need to speak to a lawyer; getting rental property insurance is super-easy.

So they don't make it as easy as they could or market it for folks.
