Some owners give incentives to try to get folks to move their mobile homes on their lots such as helping with moving costs and/or hook ups.

Hello,I'm having troubles deciding on a business model to follow re: buy and hold mobiles on land. 

@Ronald Bredemeier I was in the Army from 2003-2011 and mobilized twice during that time.  

Hard work to create income (hard work seems to be a lost art these days) , dedication to live within your means, grow your sources of income, invest what you save into cash producing assets, grow those assets... repeat.

If my mom wasn't going to pay rent, I'd put her in a $100k condo or townhome, or more likely a mobile home park.Why is your mom's house not in an LLC or in her name?

For some tenants, not having onsite laundry is a deal breaker.The plan includes coin operated plus a mobile app. 

What do you guys think of buying a mobile home to rent out and is there anyone who has done this, how did it go?

He has a whole group dedicated to active military / passive income... 

Rent a primary, look into a long term hotel situation if you travel that much, or locate a house sitting gig or take part of a nice house owned by another mobile individual.
