It kind of begs the question - why would you want to stick with only local investments when ETFs bring you the diversification of investing across the entire US (or other countries if you prefer)? 

These two properties are cross collateralized.

Being active and doing multiple PCS moves also allows you to see parts of the country you might otherwise never know about and might make for a great investment area.

New construction was on the rise in 2019 and is expected to continue into 2020, but many experts note that the country is still not building enough new units to quench the demand.

Lots of friends and teams across the state to help us out if we did have to take one back.But, if this guy is offering low rates, low fees and 100% financing across the country, he's probably someone you should report and run from.
