So, think of it like this: do you want to get a high credit score that allow you to borrow money huge amounts of money to purchase sub-par deals that disappoint you and leave you wondering why you never achieved much success, or do you want to leverage not only the funds but also the wisdom and experience of private money who tie their success 100% to your success, and who can act as mentors and coaches so that both of you get paid for your efforts?

@Byron Broughten- I recommend John Woodrich or @Ryan Carriere they are both investors and CPA's I'd recommend setting up a call with them and talking through your situation for who fits best with you.

If you still need a few more lenders, John Mayhue with First American Mortgage and Shelley Hentges with Oklahoma Fidelity have been crushing it lately. 

Then, follow the comments about that coach.  

@John FitchIf you are going to use BRRRR, you should keep the property in your personal name until after your refinance.
