Tanner, don't sweat it , Just go to local networking , host you own and meet people naturally , little by little you will make good friends and colleague and that will help you create ( the band ) "metaphorically speaking) ..Just be out more and you will see how you going to be attracting people your way.. 

You can either hire a real estate agent to market, show, and screen tenants for you (usually for 50% of the first month's rent), or just use something like RentPrep to do all credit and background checks and host an open house or two during the weekends.
