I was looking to get my license, but there are just so many companies offering courses i’m not sure which I should choose.

HD didnt really have much to choose from under $60/LF and menards doesn’t do installation.

They will also require you to register any out-of-state LLC here in CA.Thus, you are better off registering your LLC in CA and then as a foreign entity in any other state you choose to do business in.

That being said I'm actively looking at additional markets and I might at some point choose to invest in another location.

@Benjamin Harris I've heard they're just top of the market and I like to strategically choose properties a decent equity position and the main goal is cash flow.

What do you look for when choosing one?

IMO, the escalation clause is not without pitfalls and potential legal questions, but I still choose it at times when representing a buyer.
