There is really no black and white rule.

Now a married homeowner, with an 8 month old baby girl, and a small bit of money in the bank.

Also what if, my girl friend (which we are planning on get married in 2 years) buys the property under her name and sell it for market price.

It might look nice leaving some of the black/dark brown color and offsetting it with some off white/cream color. 

I have the home on the market in Illinois but the property is not moving, I applied for short sale pending approval of the bank.Today I received a call from the realtor stating that he has a family that needs a home ASAP because they are renting in a home that has black mold and is causing them health problems. 

Various charities $$..Actively involved(showing up) with a girls group home(Loving and Serving others)2.

@Mark Gruetzmacher we like to vacation in the Black Hills but hotel prices have gotten so high that we are looking elsewhere.
