If they were month to month, essentially you give the family/next of kin/estate 30 days to clear her personal belongings and treat it similar to an eviction.  

They will also deliver any quantity of items right to your job site for $20, doesn't matter if it is three tons of lumber or a single bathroom vanity.

(example holding costs could be $2,000/ month) But I could easily save that renovating 2 bathrooms on my own within a month (assuming it costs $5,000/ bathroom).

But I was curious if landlords found that there was a demand out there for solar panels on homes that they could make a profit from by essentially raising the rent beyond the cost of what their monthly bill is for paying back the costs to purchase/install the panels (just like they charge more for rent then the cost of the mortgage.) 

I also had to do this with a PM who was really mismanaging the property and we essentially called and said they were done.
