Especially with this latest issue.I won't go into all the details because I could write a novel with it, but basically they threatened with lawsuits, our lawyer doesn't think they have a case but advised to offer them their some money(rent) just to get them out because it will most like be cheaper than going through lawsuit.

I don't think you are looking for something else to keep you away from your family for an addition 40+ hours a week, I think you need to figure out what type of investing you are interested in that can help you create the life you want.My advise is to do research into what that is, and then learn the basics of that particular niche.

Basically with knowing there could be some potentially large items to fix in the near future, knowing that you could utilize the money better elsewhere, and seeing where our price levels are right now, my suggestion would be to 1031 this property into a better cash flowing property with more stable long term values.

High end ones are designed for full timers, but my basic unit (a 22' North Trail) specifically notes in the manual its not intended for continuous occupancy and that moisture will be an issue if use it heavy.
