Some will stay, but the repetitive jobs (transportation, manufacturing, etc.) will all eventually be automated.

I'd be more apt to sign something that says anything he presents to me, maybe outside of the automated email notifications he set up (that I'm still receiving BTW), I would have to work with him on. 

Keep in mind that Zillow and Trulia are both AVM's (automated valuation models) that use the limited data that is available to them to project possible values onto properties.

I will take our business to the next level by automating the management.

Now there is property management software which makes the processes used to be effective automated.  

Also looking to automate some of these items.

It is super user friendly and helps automate a lot of the process like guest communication, notifications to cleaners, syncs calendars and reviews.

@Bailey Kramer all of mine is automated, but the guests are required to sign an online rental agreement with all the legally required language.
