The other thing is that the one that looked the most promising is fully rented out in has had the same good tennants living there for 5 plus years.There are only 8 multifamily properties in these two towns that I can find online.

How do keep my cash buyer from seeing the original price of the property online. 

Also, the less carpet you have in a unit the easier it is to accept animals.

I tried to read whatever I could find online but it was mostly telling me to save and invest in a 401k.

My experience has been to PreQual the candidates with their on-line lenders otherwise I was ending up with Candidates that could only afford the Lease if they did not pay ANY of their other bills:-(
