I have never heard of them, but considering their website looks like it was built in a day and they can't even get their own supposed address correct on that website I'd be very very careful @Nora Douglas

Also, if I'm trying to rent them out as separate units in the future, how do I divide the home into different addresses (ex 100A Main Street and 100B Main Street) and split utilities etc. with the city?

The City of Austin is currently in the midst of a complete overhaul of its outdated land use and development code in an attempt to address some of these issues.According to Austin MLS data, the median price of a single-family home in Austin increased 68% over the past decade.

I like this one because less people chase it and public records will have the LLC address.

You can use reverse address searches to find the property owner and then do a people search to find a phone number, mobile and landline, mailing address, emails, relatives, etc. 

Take the area you’re interested in and ask for any property addresses they manage in that area, then look and see if you can find old expired rental listings for those addresses.  

@Kalen Jordan first one to me looks like a C neighborhood.Easiest way to tell is take the street the property is on, and look at the addresses on the task assessor website.

The hard parts are 1) finding deals and 2) getting listings, neither of which he addressed in the webinar.So, my questions to those of you who have watched the webinar are: Do you agree or disagree with my response to the webinar and why?
