Also, if I'm trying to rent them out as separate units in the future, how do I divide the home into different addresses (ex 100A Main Street and 100B Main Street) and split utilities etc. with the city?

You can use reverse address searches to find the property owner and then do a people search to find a phone number, mobile and landline, mailing address, emails, relatives, etc.

Take the area you’re interested in and ask for any property addresses they manage in that area, then look and see if you can find old expired rental listings for those addresses.

@Kalen Jordan first one to me looks like a C neighborhood.Easiest way to tell is take the street the property is on, and look at the addresses on the task assessor website.
