Joseph Ball mentioned down below within the next 6 months. and I figured I am looking to establish a good number of deals that cash flow very well over quantity over the next 5 years with rental properties.

@Joseph Ball   answered that one if land contracts in your state take a foreclosure action to get the property back then the lease option is the way to goThe repairs seem minor why don't you just do the repairs so it will appraise and sell it to them.

Was it something that you Possibly could have misrepresented, or did they simply drop the ball?

You can get where you want to go much faster by driving the fast car faster, but you can also crash and burn in a ball of flames.

I don't think ill have to undercut people, low ball them, or lie to them to be successful with this method.

Obviously once I get the ball rolling the cat will be out of the bag but that cannot be helped.
