The only vehicles owned by our company are vans used for construction and repair only. 

The commercial loan vehicle is just an alternative to funding your rental properties.  

I will circle the building looking for parking, general condition, cracks in pavement and building, look at the cars, any abandoned vehicles, size of dumpster, garbage around the container etc.

I only saw wholesaling as a  vehicle to earn short term quick cash that I could have used to fund my first property purchase.
