If they're situated on one tax lot then you may indeed be limited to a commercial loan.We prefer working with lenders who service their own loans, such as regional credit unions or banks.

I recently bought my first property and I'm searching for a reliable property management company in the Philly region.

Interested in the same; also in BA and looking at picking up my first rental property - haven't attended my first REIA meeting yet, but I'm hoping there's more out there our region. 

Are there any regions of the city where you've found particular success or any insight that you've gained from investing there which you can offer?

We have a great team that is local in the Puget Sound region,  we put a lot of hard work and time into this area. 

unrelated to the foreclosures, but as far as network in north Dallas / Coppell / Irving  is concerned stay tuned to the dallas regional forum, we were just talking about a meet / happy hour  :).  

They really do it too.3) Portsmouth has by far, the highest property taxes in our region, and they are threatening to raise them even more.  1.3% vs .9% in Virginia Beach.
