Congrats on your early success... have you been finding your own deals or are you sifting through deals from wholesalers, investors, agents, etc.?

@Kevin Robert I started in Pittsburgh in 1995 as a mechanic full time and an agent part time. 3 years later after working both professions I switched to part time mechanic and full-time agent.

As an agent that purchased several homes for investor clients in the metro area and was an HOA manager for 20+ years, you have some good criteria.

Cash is king Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Interested in learning from any area of expertise…agent/broker, tax expert, lender.

Hire a great real estate agent who can market the property better than the current agent (or you, if you're selling yourself).
