Based on those numbers, yes CoC return is "accurate" but I wouldn't say it's "reasonable"...in fact, it seems VERY high.

It's been 2 or 3 hours I've been calling this list and it's riddled with dead numbers, or more likely calls someone who is not even the owner of the property in question!
