I'm a current NARPM member with both the RMP and MPM designations, as well as a member of IREM, where I'm currently working on my CPM.

When I compare the listings on both sites, the Revenue is drastically different.

I hadn't planned on using Airbnb or VRBO, but I suppose this could change depending on my progress using Furnished Finder.

It is also simple to use a beneficiary deed (transfer-on-death) for real property.However, if there is no named executor of my estate (no will/no trust), how would the DAF be notified of my passing and the existence of the beneficiary deeds?

I hate full blown Landlord Software because I only have about 10 units and hate the fees...I am a big fan of the "Lite" Landlord Software and the only one for rent payment that can be 100% free for the landlord and the tenant WITH automatic late fees is apartments.comI actually did a whole video about this on my YouTube channel comparing the must have features of any rental collection tool!

I used the app thumbtack in the past but the list of GCs on that app is very small.
